Hermes Shoulder Birkin 29 Evercolor

So I purchased this bag and it took two months to come. However, I will say the communication from the staff was very good. They informed me of what¡¯s happening and rectified my issues. I so appreciate them for that. Which would want to make me do business again with them. Hard maybe! My problem with this bag is that it¡¯s not good quality. I didn¡¯t get a strap with my bag, also the stamping on the front of the bag looks as if it¡¯s about to come off. Not identical markings inside the bag at all, and it smelled so terrible upon arrival. Not sure if the bags are true quality or maybe I just got a terrible bag. Either way I can¡¯t give 5 stars. The leather isn¡¯t that great either.
